Susan believes that all of us are entitled to feel healthy and happy in our daily lives, and is committed to helping her clients achieve this goal. In her experience, a range of factors may create difficulties for individuals in their relationships with themselves, others, or their environment.

Susan works from the perspective of the individuals’ relationships, concentrating on what is happening for the client in his or her current life, and focusing on individual strengths and personal style to bring about desired change.

The techniques she may use in individual therapy include: emotionally focused therapy, A.E.D.P., psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.

Desired outcome:

The aim is for the individual to achieve intra and interpersonal growth; with themselves, others and their environment.
