"A man that hoards up riches and enjoys them not, is like an ass that carries gold and eats thistles."

Individual Therapy

Who it's for:

For women who find themselves in charge of their own financial affairs, as a result of:

  • Separation or divorce
  • Death of a spouse
  • Inheritance

How Susan can help:

Susan helps these women examine the early messages they received in regard to money; the role money has played in their lives; and how this has shaped their relationships, their self-image and what they did with their lives. Ultimately, the work supports the woman’s sense of emotional and financial entitlement, enabling her to more confidently take care of herself.

Desired outcome:

The aim is for women to realistically understand what money can and cannot do in their lives, and develop an emotionally healthy relationship to money in which they feel comfortable and empowered about earning, inheriting, having and spending it.
